So this is what I had today. Obviously the cereal isn't raw, and I had some tea during the day, but otherwise I think I did OK. Please keep in mind that I did cardio this morning for 40min and walked for an hour around town.
Breakfast: 1/2c Fiber One+1/2c almond milk and raspberries
Snack: banana and 1 date
Lunch: avocado soup ( 1 avocado blended with water and 1/2c salsa ) + side salad
Snack: Berry shake: 1c almond milk + 1/3c raspberries + 1/3 banana + 1tbsp coconut flakes
Snack: 1/4c blueberry pudding from Lifethyme
Dinner: 1/2 slice of raw pizza from Lifethyme + side salad
Snack: 1/2c blueberry pudding + apple
It really seems like a lot, doesn't it? When I add the calories up, it's much more than my regular diet, so I'm feeling uneasy about this. Any feedback or comment?
I don't want to feel guilty about eating all this healthy food, but I don't want to gain weight either!
